Team A.R.E.S. takes great pride in the outreach it conducts to Atlanta's school children and educators. In the past, this team has participated in the creation of an interactive exhibit for the National Air and Space Museum,  a booth at the FIRST Lego League Competition, and assisting a Dekalb County Civil Air Patrol squadron earn their rocketry badge.

This year, our team will be working in conjunction with organizations such as the Society of Women Engineers and Kids@Kollege to expose students to various topics regarding space exploration and inspire them to pursue careers in the STEM fields. The Ramblin’ Rocketeers plan to further accomplish this goal by visiting middle schools in the Atlanta area and giving demonstrations on topics like electricity, basic concepts of flight, and the benefit of pursuing engineering/technical careers.
